Hi, I’m Camille Camacho, LPC Associate, supervised by Richard Salcido, LPC-S.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can take a breath, let down your guard, and feel genuinely heard. Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’re used to carrying everything on your own. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can better understand what you’re experiencing and begin creating meaningful change.
I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and difficult life transitions. I also have experience supporting military members, Veterans, and individuals navigating the emotional effects of demanding or traumatic experiences.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman-informed methods based on your needs and goals. Together, we can identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide counseling in both English and Spanish to clients throughout Texas. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start exactly where you are.
